Detail the situation in contrast with the requirements of the SA800 standard.<\/li>\n<li>written report by first class mail International Accreditation Body SAAS-Social Accountability Accreditation Service, 15 east 44th Street, 6th floor New York, NY 10036 \u2013 Tel (212) 684-1414, Fax (212)-684-1515, or by e-mail <a href=\"mailto:saas@saasaccreditation.org\"><strong>saas@saasaccreditation.org<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORTING CHANNELS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sending methods can be as follows:<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0 BY HAND: On the appropriate form to be delivered to the Steering Committee personally or through a direct manager or at the headquarters in the appropriate reporting boxes;<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0 BY MAIL: communications can be sent: to the email address of the Representative for Gender Equality, president Dr. Gaetano February (<strong><a href=\"mailto:gieffeconsultingsas.gaetano@gmail.com\">gieffeconsultingsas.gaetano@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>; <strong><a href=\"mailto:studio.febbraio@libero.it\">studio.febbraio@libero.it<\/a><\/strong>)<br \/>\n\u2013\u00a0 VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS: in the case of verbal reports (including telephone ones), the staff constituting the Steering Committee have the duty to maintain the anonymity, if requested, of the person from whom the communication is received.<\/p>\n<p>These complaints can also be anonymous on an unheaded and unsigned sheet of paper.<br \/>\nThe Steering Committee will verify the veracity of the reports, also through direct interviews with the person or\/and colleagues, aimed at identifying any discriminatory episodes. Within 5 days of receiving the report, the Steering Committee for Gender Equality will respond directly to the signatory of the report (in the case of a non-anonymous report), or by posting it on the notice board (if anonymous).<br \/>\nThe Steering Committee for Gender Equality can be consulted at any time regarding reports of discriminatory events by staff.<br \/>\nThe Steering Committee, in addition to facilitating communication, is called upon to monitor that the complaint is managed by the competent function by collaborating in verifying the closure of the complaint\/complaint. If it becomes necessary, following the treatment of a finding, corrective action may be requested. The reports received will be input for the Periodic Review of the Management System for Gender Equality.<br \/>\nThe Steering Committee for Gender Equality guarantees that when defining corrective and preventive actions to remedy a reported problem, it will take into consideration, as far as legally and professionally possible, the most favorable measures towards the worker and, furthermore, will undertake, through training and raising awareness of staff and all interested parties, to make the problem reporting tool a positive and active means with which the organization itself wants to improve its Gender Equality Management System.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"vc_separator wpb_content_element vc_separator_align_center vc_sep_width_100 vc_sep_border_width_2 vc_sep_pos_align_center vc_separator_no_text vc_sep_color_grey wpb_content_element  wpb_content_element\" ><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_l\"><span class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span><span class=\"vc_sep_holder vc_sep_holder_r\"><span class=\"vc_sep_line\"><\/span><\/span>\n<\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<h2>PdR 125 reporting<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\">\n<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n<p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN REPORT:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Any stakeholder (actual and potential customers - partners, suppliers, professionals, public bodies including their consultants, representatives, officials, employees, etc.) can also anonymously report any discrepancies with the requirements of the UNI\/PdR 125:2022 Equality of Type. The report can be made using the appropriate forms, available at the company headquarters or downloadable from the website. The report may concern the following aspects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Physical Abuse<\/li>\n<li>Verbal Abuse<\/li>\n<li>Digital (Harassment)<\/li>\n<li>Mobbing<\/li>\n<li>Non-Inclusiveness<\/li>\n<li>Discrimination (gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Pay Disparity<\/li>\n<li>Use of inappropriate language<\/li>\n<li>Behavior contrary to the Company Principles and Policy<\/li>\n<li>Forced and compulsory labor<\/li>\n<li>Freedom of association and right to collective bargaining<\/li>\n<li>Disciplinary procedures<\/li>\n<li>Working hours<\/li>\n<li>Management System<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPORTING CHANNELS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sending methods
